독서 기록과 권한
책 제목·저자, 표지와 페이지 사진, OCR 원문, 저장한 문장·메모, 날짜와 설정은 앱의 기기 내 저장공간에 보관됩니다. 카메라는 이용자가 촬영을 선택할 때 사용합니다. OCR은 기기 내에서 실행되며 독서 사진·원문을 개발자 서버나 AI 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 계정과 AI 정리 기능은 제공하지 않습니다.
OCR SDK 진단
Google ML Kit는 기기·앱 정보, SDK 설정, 사용량 및 성능·오류 진단 정보를 Google에 보낼 수 있습니다. 이는 기기 내 독서 콘텐츠 처리와 별개입니다. 전송되는 SDK 진단 데이터는 HTTPS로 보호됩니다.
광고와 선택권
책장 하단의 배너에는 Google AdMob과 User Messaging Platform(UMP)을 사용합니다. Google은 광고 제공·측정·분석·맞춤설정·부정행위 방지를 위해 IP 주소(대략적인 위치 추정), 광고·앱 상호작용, 진단·성능 정보와 광고 ID·앱 식별자 등의 정보를 수집·공유할 수 있습니다. 전송은 TLS로 보호됩니다. 필요한 동의 절차를 거치고 SDK가 광고 요청 가능 상태라고 확인한 뒤 광고를 요청합니다. 필요한 지역에서는 앱 설정의 광고 개인정보 선택에서 결정을 변경할 수 있습니다. 동의 거부·광고 실패·오프라인 상태에서도 독서 기록 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.
Android에서는 시스템 광고 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. iOS/iPadOS 앱은 비맞춤 광고만 요청하고 게시자 first-party ID를 비활성화합니다. 광고 동의 절차보다 먼저 Apple의 ATT 추적 권한을 요청합니다. 허용한 경우에만 필요한 지역별 동의 안내와 광고를 시작하며, 광고 파트너가 IDFA 등 기기 식별자를 이용해 앱 간 광고 성과를 측정하고 부정행위를 방지할 수 있습니다. ATT를 거부하거나 제한된 상태에서는 광고와 광고 동의 안내를 시작하지 않습니다. iOS 설정의 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 권한을 변경할 수 있으며, 앱으로 돌아올 때 권한을 다시 확인합니다. 비맞춤 광고에도 광고 제공, 빈도 관리, 집계 보고 및 부정행위 방지에 필요한 식별자·진단 정보가 사용될 수 있습니다. 카메라 권한은 각 플랫폼의 시스템 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다.
보관·백업·삭제
독서 기록은 이용자가 삭제할 때까지 기기에 보관됩니다. 개별 기록이나 설정의 전체 데이터 삭제 기능으로 앱 내 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 직접 내보낸 ZIP 백업에는 기록과 사진이 포함되며 암호화되지 않으므로 안전한 위치에 보관하세요. 복원은 기존 기록을 유지하며 가져온 기록을 추가합니다. 앱 안의 삭제는 이미 내보낸 백업을 삭제하지 않습니다. Android 자동 시스템 백업은 비활성화되어 있습니다. iOS의 기기 또는 iCloud 백업은 이용자의 운영체제 설정에 따라 앱 데이터를 포함할 수 있으며 Apple의 백업 설정에서 관리합니다. Google이 처리하는 광고·진단 데이터의 보관·삭제는 Google 정책과 이용자의 Google·기기 설정에 따릅니다.
공유·변경·문의
개발자는 독서 기록을 수집하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 이용자가 직접 백업을 다른 서비스에 저장하거나 공유하면 해당 서비스의 방침이 적용됩니다. 책과 문장의 저작권을 존중하여 개인 기록으로 사용하세요. 정책이 변경되면 업데이트 날짜를 수정합니다.

Reading records and permissions
Book titles, authors, cover and page photos, OCR text, saved quotes, notes, dates and settings remain in app storage on your device. The camera is used when you choose to capture a photo. OCR runs on the device; reading photos and text are not sent to a developer or AI server. Readmori has no accounts or AI summary feature.
OCR diagnostics
Google ML Kit may send device and app information, SDK configuration, usage and performance/error diagnostics to Google. This is separate from on-device reading content processing. SDK diagnostic transmissions are protected using HTTPS.
Advertising and choices
A banner at the bottom of the library uses Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform (UMP). Google may collect and share IP addresses (which can estimate general location), advertising/app interactions, diagnostics, performance information and identifiers such as advertising IDs and app identifiers for advertising, measurement, analytics, personalization and fraud prevention. Transmission is protected using TLS. Ads are requested after any required consent flow and only when the SDK confirms requests are allowed. Where required, change your decisions through advertising privacy choices in Settings. Reading records remain available when consent is declined, ads fail or you are offline.
On Android, reset or delete the advertising ID in system advertising settings. The iOS/iPadOS app requests non-personalized ads and disables publisher first-party ID. It requests Apple’s ATT tracking authorization before starting the advertising consent flow. Only after authorization does it start any required regional consent flow and advertising. Advertising partners may use IDFA and other device identifiers for cross-app ad measurement and fraud prevention. When ATT is denied or restricted, neither advertising nor the advertising consent flow starts. Change authorization in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; the app checks permission again on return. Non-personalized ads may still use identifiers and diagnostics for ad delivery, frequency management, aggregate reporting and fraud prevention. Camera permissions can be changed in system settings.
Retention, backup and deletion
Reading records remain on your device until you delete them. Delete individual records or use the app's delete-all-data setting. Exported ZIP backups contain records and photos and are not encrypted; store them securely. Import adds records while keeping existing records. Deleting app records does not delete previously exported files. Android automatic system backup is disabled. iOS device or iCloud backups may include app data according to your operating system settings; manage them in Apple's backup settings. Retention and deletion of advertising and diagnostic data processed by Google follow Google's policies and your Google/device settings.
Sharing, changes and contact
The developer does not collect or sell reading records. If you save or share a backup with another service, that service's policies apply. Respect copyright and use reading content for personal records. Policy changes will be reflected in the updated date.
