앱 잠시 멈춤은 계정을 만들지 않습니다. Android와 iOS에서 사용자가 선택한 항목의 제한은 기기 안에서 처리되며, 사용기록이나 Screen Time 선택 정보는 개발자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
공통 사항
앱은 계정, 이름, 이메일 주소 또는 연락처를 수집하지 않습니다. 사용자가 정한 제한 시간, 화면 설정과 동작에 필요한 상태만 앱의 비공개 로컬 저장공간에 보관합니다. 분석 SDK나 개발자 운영 서버는 사용하지 않습니다.
Android
사용정보 접근 권한을 허용하면 현재 사용 중인 앱과 당일 사용시간 합계를 사용자가 설정한 제한과 비교합니다. 선택한 앱 이름·패키지명, 제한 시간과 당일 멈춤 상태는 앱의 비공개 저장공간에 보관됩니다. Android의 원본 사용기록은 복사하거나 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
iOS
Family Controls 권한을 허용하면 Apple의 Screen Time API가 사용자가 선택한 앱·카테고리·웹사이트의 제한 도달 여부를 기기 안에서 계산합니다. 선택 토큰, 제한 시간, 사용자가 선택적으로 작성한 쉬는 계획, Device Activity 일정과 차단 상태는 공유 앱 그룹에 로컬로 보관됩니다. 쉬는 계획은 제한 도달 시 시스템 차단 화면에 표시됩니다. Apple은 선택 항목의 실제 식별자와 정확한 사용시간을 앱에 공개하지 않으며, 앱은 Screen Time 정보를 개발자 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
광고
Android와 iOS 홈 화면 하단의 배너는 Google Mobile Ads가 제공합니다. Google 광고 SDK는 광고 제공, 측정과 부정 사용 방지를 위해 IP 주소로 추정한 대략적 위치, 앱·광고 상호작용, 진단 정보와 기기·광고 식별자를 처리할 수 있습니다. 앱은 Android 사용기록, iOS Screen Time 정보, 선택 앱 목록·토큰 또는 제한 시간을 광고 SDK에 전달하지 않습니다. 필요한 지역에서는 동의가 완료된 뒤에만 광고를 요청하며 앱에서 광고 개인정보 선택을 확인할 수 있습니다.
보관·삭제와 보안
로컬 정보는 앱의 ‘모든 로컬 데이터 삭제’, 운영체제의 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거 시 삭제됩니다. iOS에서는 쉬는 계획, Device Activity 일정, 차단 상태와 Family Controls 선택 토큰도 함께 제거됩니다. 앱 데이터는 운영체제의 앱 샌드박스와 기기 저장소 암호화로 보호되며 광고 통신은 암호화 연결을 사용합니다.

App Break Privacy Policy

App Break does not create an account. On Android and iOS, limits for selected items are processed on device. Usage history and Screen Time selections are not sent to a developer-operated server.
Common practices
The app does not collect account details, names, email addresses, or contacts. It stores only user-defined limits, display settings, and state needed for the app to operate in private local storage. It uses no analytics SDK or developer-operated server.
Android
With Usage Access permission, the app compares the foreground app and its daily usage total with limits you set. Selected app names and package names, limits, and today's pause state are stored in private app storage. Raw Android usage history is not copied or sent to a server.
iOS
With Family Controls authorization, Apple's Screen Time APIs calculate limit events on device for apps, categories, and websites you select. Selection tokens, limits, an optional user-written Break Plan, Device Activity schedules, and shield state are stored locally in the shared app group. The Break Plan appears on the system shield when a limit is reached. Apple does not reveal selected items' identifiers or exact usage totals to App Break, and the app does not send Screen Time information to a developer-operated server.
Advertising
Google Mobile Ads provides the bottom banner on Android and iOS home screens. Its SDK may process approximate location derived from IP address, app or ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or advertising identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. App Break does not give it Android usage history, iOS Screen Time information, selected-app lists or tokens, or limits. Where required, ads are requested only after consent is complete, and ad privacy choices are available in the app.
Retention, deletion, and security
Delete local information with “Delete all local data,” operating-system app-data controls, or uninstall. On iOS this also removes the Break Plan, Device Activity schedules, shields, and Family Controls selection tokens. App data is protected by the operating system's app sandbox and device storage encryption. Ad network traffic uses encrypted connections.
